However, Yfrog works well enough, and counts views. If you actually want to share original images via Twitter, SkyDrive is the best option. Yfrog is a good substitute for Twitpic, but Flickr may be better, depending on your needs. Twitpic is still very good for sharing photos that are up to 600px wide, but not larger. as long as you don't care too much about the image quality. Despite all of those concerning changes, Flickr isnt quite as unpopular as you may think: its constantly ranked by Alexa among the top 500 sites globally, and among the top 300 in the U.S. Filter by these if you want a narrower list of alternatives or looking for a specific functionality of Flickr. Flickr alternatives are mainly Photo Sharing Apps but may also be Image Hosting Services or Photo Managers. To sum up, Twitter provides a quick way of sharing photos that you don't own, don't want to track, don't need to keep online, and will never use on other social networks. Other great apps like Flickr are Google Photos, PhotoPrism, DeviantArt and Imgur. There isn't a download button, but I saved the large image and deleted Twitter's broken file extension (.jpg-large).
